What is the Event Calendar?

A visual timeline where you drag and drop your game events. See the full picture of your LiveOps schedule and check for overlaps.

Adding Events

Events come from your saved Event Modeler projects. Click "Sync Data" to pull them in. Drag them onto the timeline.

Overlap Analysis

The overlap chart shows which events run simultaneously. Too much overlap can overwhelm players; too little leaves dead periods.

Best Practices

• Plan at least 1-2 months ahead.
• Avoid overlapping events with the same reward type.
• Use workspaces to separate seasonal planning from weekly events.
