What is LTV?

Lifetime Value is the total revenue one average player generates over their entire time in your game. It's the most important metric for F2P economics.

Average Revenue Per Daily Active User, split into IAP (in-app purchases) and Advertising. Enter your conversion rate, average spend, and ad revenue per format.

Reading Results

LTV = ARPDAU × Average Lifespan. The Projected Revenue section shows expected total revenue from a cohort of new installs.

Best Practices

• Use real retention data from your analytics (not guesses).
• Compare LTV across different retention scenarios.
• If your LTV is lower than your CPI (Cost Per Install), you're losing money.
